#2 Posted 7:46pm 20-03-10 Re: elimination reactionE2 eliminations are favoured when leaving group is anti to beta hydrogen...so two groups would be left behind after the elimination in anti conformation. So I think it gives trans-isomer. Not sure, so confirm from others.
