Colligative Properties

1.
The depression in freezing point caused by a 1M NaCl solution is 0.0123°C. What will be the depression in freezing point caused by 1M glucose solution?

Ans 1..the depression in freezing point caused is half as that caused by NaCl..due to the van't Hoff factor..which is 2 for NaCl and 1 for glucose...
