KCET (Karnataka) : Can this common Entrance be attended by citizens of India residing outside Karnataka and who are not of the Karnataka origin ???

and also can other state joint entrance exams be attended by non residers of the state and by those who are not of the state origin???

dunno bout kcet
but if you are not the residence of the state for a minium period of time ... you can't get into a govt college..thru the state xam of that state

like for example... in WBJEE ..... if you are not the resident of WB for 10 years you cant get into GOVT college.. like JADAVPUR, SHIBPUR, so on... you can get into private colleges...

you have to show a domicile certificate for it...
